Fort DeRussy Beach is located on the westside of Waikiki, located in front of the Hale Koa Hotel and Fort Derussy Muesem. There is a park behind that has areas to sunbath and picnic. There are several popular surfing spots for both tourist and locals. One of my favorites is a surf spot known as threes, many years ago they blew up part of the coral reef to make an entry way for the boats, in doing so they created one of the best surf spots in Waikiki. |
